Best Game Soundtrack, I can't agree more

There's a gaming show on TechTV just now and the had a top 10 best Game Soundtrack special. Gamers contributed to the international poll and it was something that was going to be the best gaming music of all time.
Halo OST came in at 3. I have nothing to comment on that since I don't like macho shooting games and I never liked the idea of an Xbox
GTA III San Andreas came in at 2. Of course they'd be on the charts since they offered radio stations that play music according to the genre you want and with radio ads better than you've heard than a real radio.
But that couldn't stop Final Fantasy VII from topping the charts. A 1996 game for the PlayStation and people are still not over the epic storyline and forceful music. Weird when you think how did Nobou Uematsu, the composer of the music for FF7 can make simple midi-like music into orchestral masterpieces. With limited technology, a PlayStation engine, he pulled it off.
I am indeed a FFVII fan. No Final Fantasy comes close to the appeal the game has brought in my eyes. No better technology or better 3D CGI can blow my mind away like how FFVII did. It was one of the first games I played, and fell in love with for life. And the music, I have the whole album in my mp3 list. That and the Reunion tracks, Orchestral Tracks and many more of FFVII music that has been remixed by gamers at OverclockedRemix(www.ocremix.org). In OC Remix Final Fantasy VII is the most remixed song.
I remember letting down the controller just so that everything is still and I can enjoy the music as if it was a relaxing theraphy.
And it feels great that I know I am not the only one who agrees. Just look at the statistics. Number 1 gaming soundtrack of all time. And I'd also like to credit my American friend Earl who has a splendid tattoo of Aerith on his arm for filling in the gaps about FFVII which I never knew. I am a FVII fan for life.

After loosing my precious Dance 6 eJay software to my ex I thought I would never be making remixes anymore. Dies yet another talented artist.
But hurrah for torrent, I managed to download the whole software which was as big as 1Gig and took me a few days and a Streamyx overload, but I did it! So I installed it and when I found out B was sad for some, ahem, personal reasons, I made a song for her. It doesn't sound THAT cheesy. I promise! It's progressive trance, upbeat but with that sad tune. hehehhe, I'm so full of shit.
Anyway, mixed it, exported it to wave file and finally converting it to mp3, I only hope B likes it. I know I do (dances around the room*)

Me and my car, we've come a long way. My first car ever since I got my license almost 2 years ago. I realised I never took a photo of my car. After the accident, the car was simply, not photogenic enough. I still haven't painted it, and I still know what is embarassment so I won't tell you how long the car hasn't been washed.
With all the moving to the new house(my new baby) hehheheh, I'll beautify this car after the new house project is done. So much to do, so little time.
For the time being, the object that has been my baby and my love for a period of time when a naive driver got her first license, is featured in my blog. In a noble way, this car has been with me through thick and thin. I take it for granted sometimes, but it literally took me places.
And what a better way to commemorate it into the cyber blogging world by showing the best part of the car. The part where it proves the ownership of me, and it's devotion as the Slayermobile.

Ash's Day Out

Well, my blogger guru came to KL recently and was nice enough to visit poor 'ol me in Ampang. And I took him to nerd heaven, Low Yatt afterwards.
Ash is from Ipoh and he came here for a few days to attend his sister's graduation in UiTM. Like Ash, I'd love to meet other blogger friends and maybe we can share more saucy stories and reality tales that were too big for a digital diary. So if we share the same interest of attention whoring ourselves on the net through a brilliant idea called the blog, you are welcome to message me when you are in town.

Sweat Drop~
If I was in an anime, this huge sweatdrop will always seem to appear 24/7 beside my head. What the hell is going on with my life? Yeah sure the world doesn't revolve around me and there's no such drama unless you invite it in yourself like Susan in 'Desperate Housewives'.
But my life is a drama with a story that is eligible for a sopa opera award, whatever the name of the awards is.
Just 2 nights ago, my car(the supporting character in my drama which has re-occuring appearance more than asked for) has it's ABS signal on. Even when the car is driven. So when we were driving back from KLIA to pick up this American Navy guy(who spun me around and almost made me barf) to Cyber, Bulma insisted we stop the car since we were sketchy on why the ABS indicator was on.
So we took out the manual, since no one at the station knew why it was acting like that(BTW it was like 1 AM) and discovered we need to let the engine run for a tad while.
So we hung out, like juveniles around gas stations and my car purrs gently in the background. When we thought the time was up, guess wat?! We got locked out! My alarm is overly sensitive. More sensitive than a guy who cries when he watches a mushy flick.
Ah yes, the plot thickens with stupid coincidences.
Me, being so used to having a life so full of crap actually remained calmed. But this huge sweatdrop was at my head and I was too used to this to be all pissy and freaking out. So I busted my boot open, crawled into the boot which was freaky since wires and cables (from the amps that got stolen and speakers) and a light bulb hung inches near me. I wanted to moan, wanted to whine, wanted to scream and say "Whata? 'YOU' gotta be shitting me!"
But I just kicked the back of my car sear instead and crawled feet first into the cockpit where I could open the door.
For #^%$* sake!
When will my drama end? Aren't we done for this season at least? Actors gotta take a break you know.....
And don't even get me to telling you what happened later.
Which is a good thing why I have a blog. One day when my life is boring and normal like other people, I get to read my misadventures like it was an exaggerated story that is larger than life.
